Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of my handmade and vintage jewelry, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can resolve the issue.

If your piece needs a simple fit adjustment (such as shortening a necklace), I may be able to accommodate the request. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to and from my studio, and adjustment fees may apply depending on the work required.
